Yes. We do not accept hazardous materials, drugs, currency, jewelry, chemicals, or any items restricted by local or international customs regulations. All goods must be accurately declared, and each item should clearly state its country of origin and manufacture.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Claims will not be accepted for shortages if the shipment is delivered as a complete package. Cargo is transported at the consignor's or consignee's own risk unless otherwise agreed.

The consignor is responsible for ensuring that all shipment information is accurate and that only declared items are included. Alfa One Logistics is not responsible for customs rejections, undeclared goods, or discrepancies between the declared and actual shipment contents. Any costs or penalties arising from such issues will be the responsibility of the consignor or consignee.
